When a lender funds a VA loan, they are paid a commission by the bank. We simply work with lenders and realtors who opt to give back a portion of their commissions to qualified veterans and military families. Those credits are used to subsidize and reduce your initial monthly payments. That’s all there is to it.
In addition, the real estate agents and lenders who are allowed to partner with us are vetted as LOCAL, EXPERIENCED, and have a military/spouse/veteran affiliation. So you will see no reduction in quality of advice or service when you use our program.
